Scheduled a call with a recruiter for an initial phone screen interview. The guy was 20+ minutes late to the call. After I called his office and cell (both of which did not have voicemails set up), I had to email him and remind him about the call. He got through his pitch, which was rushed and rather unenthusiastic, talked about the training (8-10 weeks long) and at the end went into the salary (44k-49k). Oh and at the beginning of this process, he emailed me and asked me to look over the attachment in the email (he forgot to attach it ...).
