I was ghosted much like other reviewers on here - had a chat with the head of recruiting and was given a coding task. After completing it and it receiving "some good feedback from the team" I was told that I'd be interviewed by 2 engineering team leads. This took almost 2 weeks of chasing for the recruiter to set up and it's been nothing but radio silence since the interview.
Even if the result of the interview was a No the way it's been handled is very disconcerting.

Tech task - they want you to build a microservice to handle CRUD operations on User objects
Like the other reviewers, I was ghosted.
I spoke to a recruiter on the phone and progressed to a take home task, which was pretty standard.
I completed the task and handed it in. The recruiter said they would pass it to the team and get back to me shortly, only for them to ghost me; I added them on LinkedIn, emailed, and even called them, but heard nothing.

Quick and uninformative call with HR rep. Followed by a lengthy assignment/code test. After submission of the code test no feedback or any response of any sort - even after several emails.
Quite unprofessional.
