They want to have 5+ candidates to interview during the selection time, which is why the wait. You’ll be promised a lot when interviewing that won’t be delivered. They’ll say that they are all for more training & furthering your education, but when they time comes to do it, they’ll “have to let you go” for a conflicting schedule.
