Initial Phone interview with a panel of 3 asking a standardized set of questions. The panel cannot deviate from the questions and must give a numerical score (to be average) for future screening. A second interview in person occurred after the initial screening of top candidates.

Typical questions about relevant experiences, a challenging situation, how you communicate, and how you handle conflict
Virtual, very structured, and very personable. Each interviewer had a set of questions posed at different times throughout the interview. Each interviewer displayed great interpersonal skills. The interview progressed until it was time for me to ask a question. My question was challenging and answered comprehensively.
