Went for F2F. Decent area, Office is a startup with open office concept, pretty small in size, Small parking. Interviewer is not sure what he wants, he didn't even hear'd about my self introduction. Started asking non technical and process oriented questions. He is too busy with his Mac and mobile. Not fit for experienced guys.
