Applied through my university. Interviewed with 4 different people, so basically four 1 on 1s. The first was with an associate, then 2 with Finance Directors, and the last one was with the CFO. Each interview was about 10 - 15 mins. Regular questions like: what we do, tell me about yourself, why F-Squared, what are your strengths and weaknesses.
