The interview process was a three step process. The first part is speaking with the COO. The second part is is getting to know the COO and hiring manager. The third part is a case study presentation where you compile a presentation once completing the case study. Overall the interview process is very relaxed and informal. The case study is the most stressful part of the interview process but it is designed to see how well you handle stress. I had a great experience while being interviewed and getting to know the Eyona staff and the culture fit at Eyona definitely matches the interview style.
