Started with a few emails, then a few calls with other team members, then a call with Mr. Bauer personally. We then scheduled a time to meet and he answered my questions. He told me he would give me a call when he got done talking to the other potential candidates. A week later I got a gift basket asking me to them for the opening. It was nice.
