Microsoft Team Interview on May 31, 2023. I was talking with a recruiter, one on one. The recruiter asked me tons of questions about prioritizing and organization. For example, “How do you organize multiple projects?”, “What organizational tools do you use?”, and “How do you physically organize your workspace?” etc. These organization questions when by pretty quick and took up half of the interview time. The rest of the time, the recruiter informed me crucial information about what the company does, what the team does on a daily basis, who team collaborates with, the projects the team works on and how my role will effect these projects, etc. I was intrigued and impressed with they projects they’ve accomplished in the past and I hope one day I will be apart of their team
