The three interviewers are very friendly, they are of supervisory levels and took time off their work for the interview. The first thing they do is to introduce themselves and their roles. Then they will ask you to tell them more about yourself. Be prepared to start selling your strengths and values to the company. Then they will go through your resume and ask lots of details on what you have on the resume. You can just follow the basic STAR style in answering the questions. Towards the end, you are expected to ask a few questions about the company, so be prepared with at least 2-3 questions to show your interest. Luckily for me, they did not ask any technical questions because I am really not sure whether I am able to answer the questions from people in the industry.
