I was contacted by a third-party staffing agency for this role. The whole process took less than a month. Interview #1: Skype call (1.5-2 hrs): The interview consisted of few resume related questions, a coding question, and a brain-teaser at the end. Both the interviewers were very friendly and supportive. For the coding round, they wanted to see how my thought process is. Interview #2.1: On-site Technical (3-4 hrs): The interviewer covered most of the areas, such as, OOPs principles, Coding question, Resume related questions, Knowledge-based questions, System Design, Object Oriented Design, etc. Interview #2.2: On-site HR (0.5-1 hr): I was a bit nervous as I had seen quite a few negative reviews on Glassdoor about the HR round. But, to my surprise, the whole HR round went super smooth. Apparently, I was interviewed by a lady called Lisa. Unlike what glassdoor reviews say, she turned out to be a complete opposite of "rude". Result: I received the offer after 2-3 business days. But, due to personal reasons, I could not join Extron.

it was casual two rounds interview, one with the team and one with HR. The team focused on the day to day running of the role, while HR was more focused on setting rules and boundaries on day 1.
