I only ever spoke with the recruiter, and never head back with any follow-up. Our conversation was fairly typical and she was pleasant, but scheduling this phone call was challenging and did make me wonder about the overall company state of disorganization. We missed our first scheduled interview, because the recruiter called me at the appointed time, but in HER time zone, despite her having clearly listed the time for the interview as pacific time. We scheduled a second interview and two days before it was to take place to email me to see if I would prefer a different time. I said "no, I wasn't free to talk then" and she confirmed that the call would then take place at the original planned time. Which did happen, but on a different day than the original call had been planned for.
