Apply online, then complete a phone screening with a trainer, then an in person interview with a trainer, followed by an in person interview with the District Manager. The interview process goes relatively quickly. If they are not interested, you find out sooner rather than later. If they are extending an offer, you will normally get it pretty quickly, and be able to start as soon as possible!

Once application is approved, you get a phone screen call that have basic questions about availability, transportation etc., then you'll interview with the DM and following that interview you'll either be offered on the spot, told you'll get a call, or something to that effect.

Phone interview which took about ten minutes. Went on to the first interview with a District Team Lead. Got a call to interview with the District Manager. The whole process took maybe 2 weeks and I got the job offer on the spot.
