I received a phone call from a recruiter. We schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, we scheduled face to face. Senior Management was great and made the process very comfortable. About a week or so later the recruiter called back and offered the job. I countered offered the pay and they came back with 3% higher than what I asked for.
