Applied online, was contacted by HR via email a few days later and asked to take two assessment tests: one to test for job fit by asking behavioral/personality questions, and another to check typing speed and accuracy. Contacted the next day for an interview. Interview process involved being asked behavioral/situational questions regarding work contribution, repetitive tasks, flexibility, detail orientation, etc. by a rotating semi-panel of lead technicians and supervisors (two interviewers will ask the first three questions, then they'll hand you off to two different interviewers who will ask the next three questions). Apparently after this process, the interviewers will all get together and discuss the interviewees. Was contacted the next day with a job offer. All in all, a quick and straightforward hiring process: I applied online Sunday afternoon and was offered a job on Friday.

I applied online; shortly thereafter I received an email for an online assessment; within a couple of hours I received an email for a phone interview; I completed phone interview; within minutes I received an email requesting an onsite interview; I attended the onsite interview; In a couple of hours I received an email with good news.

First you apply for the job. If they like the resume enough then you'll take a personality assessment and when they get those results if they are to standards you'll get a call back for an interview. Before interviewing they test your typing skills, if your typing meets standards they will have you interview with a group of 3. After you accept and they decide they like you then you've got a drug test. And finally you're golden!

The hiring process was pretty painful because of the the behavioral questions. I don't think the hiring should be based only off of how well someone can tell a story. It should be based on both how well someone answers the behavior questions as well as regular interview questions.
