It was a simple phone interview. It started with a phone screening from HR. Then I did a phone interview. They asked about my experience. Everyone on the team was awesome! I got a call that I had an offer 30 minutes after my interview. HR was really helpful and nice!

First a phone call with a recruiter with basic questions about my background. Then a short follow-up panel interview with several managers. The main reason I rejected the offer was a bad experience with HR. My initial phone interview was rescheduled twice, both times the morning of. Then I got two days notice of the second round interview and they allowed no flexibility. I got the offer a week later via phone call, and the recruiter addressed me by the wrong name and then didn’t confirm the offer response date (after I reached out multiple times) until a day before. They only gave me one week to decide and there was no room for negotiation. One of these occurrences wouldn’t necessarily be a red flag, but combined I thought it reflected poorly on the company.

2 Phone Interviews. Initial phone call was with someone in HR to discuss my aspirations for the role and what to expect in my follow up phone call. Second call would be with the hiring manager which we discussed a few behavioral questions/scenarios and went through aspects of my resume.
