It was a group interview including hiring manager and store manager. Sometimes they interview candidates individually but usually it is a group. They're nice and make you feel comfortable so it's not that intimidating. I got a call for the interview and they ask you if you're free on this day at this time. You go in on the day of your interview and tell an employee that you are there for an interview and they'll direct you towards the back/cashier area of the store. A manager will ask all candidates to come to the back and they have everyone introduce themselves then start asking questions. Everyone has to answer the same question, then that's about it. It took about 30-45 minutes for a group of 6 candidates.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
