Casual interview with Store Manager,it was a very friendly and inviting environment. Mostly discussed what I was interested in regarding the position such as expected attire, responsibilities, regulations and availability. Discussed my abilities and motivations as well as why I chose Express. Was able to ask questions and discuss future plans. Good experience overall.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
