The interview process was focused on customer service skills and little on fashion. They were focused on finding the right leader for the role, and not just someone invested in fashion. The interview was formal for a retail role, but I respected the reasoning behind it... they wanted to ensure the candidate was mature for the role, as they usually hire late high school or early college aged employees.

interviewer was great and super friendly. Very interactive and answered all my questions.
Enjoyed the interaction a lot and I look forward to joining the team! Unfortunately could not accept the offer due to personal issues.

no drug test. need more adults in store and security. Overall good store manager and friendly staff. love the clothes.
