First interview is with store manager which is getting to know your management experience. The second interview was at another location with a store manager to know your strengths and weaknesses, knowledge on coaching experiences, and how your approach on customer experiences.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.

Standard. Interview with the Store Manager, followed by a District Manager interview. The questions were what you would expect, just had to wait a couple weeks to get in for the District Manager interview.
