I filled out an online application and about a month or so later they called me in for an interview. It was a group interview where we were asked to answer basic questions such as: introducing ourselves, why express, what sets you apart, our past experience and customer service knowledge. I'd also like to mention that they tend to do two separate interviews with one being a group interview and the last one a one-on-one with the manager so as to have two opinions and get to know your personality better.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
