Entrevista
I arrived on time, however the manager was 5 minutes late to the interview. We walked to the mall food court with 4 other applicants and were asked questions typical of an interview. It was very relaxed. The manager asked us a question and we went down the line answering the question. We started in different spots so no one person was required to start first every time. Questions included "what is the difference between servicing a customer and selling to them?" and "how would you manage keeping the store orderly and attending to customers?" and "in 3 words, describe why I shouldhire you over the next person"

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
