Candidates will have a pre-interview where they will have a phone call with a candidate over the phone. This call will typically be held with the hiring manager. If the candidate is selected to come in for a full day of interview, the candidate will come in on one interview day and be interviewed by typically 7 - 8 consultants. Each interview will last 30 minutes. There will be time to have lunch in the middle of the day, which will usually be with the hiring manager, other consultants who were interviewing the candidate, and other Exponent colleagues.
