2 Technical rounds 1 HR round Both the technical rounds were pretty good I cleared all 3 rounds, had salary discussion DOJ and also done document submission(submitted on 2nd sept). I have been told that Offer letter will be shared within 2 days but after constant follow up they informed that managerial team is still in discussion for the hire and haven't received any confirmation from them yet. My request here to the company is that if you are not looking for hiring then don't schedule interview and waste candidate time in interview process And also requesting if they are not going to hire then please convey the same immediately instead of making the candidate wait for so long
