Talked with recruiter by phone. She asked some basic interview questions, including “how can you let non-finance people understand financial reports”. The next day I was arranged to talk with hiring manager by phone the following week. It lasted for about 30 min. Some detailed questions regarding my current work and financial analysis. No response so far.

I did a 3 step interview, one with HR and two with the business partners and managers. They are great interviewers, and reflected honestly how good the company culture is at Experian.

The interviewing team was very professional and gave informative insights into the role and the company's culture. The only thing was that the background checks was too tedious and invasive,
