Worst interview by far! Initially contacted by phone (without asking if had free time to chat) as an informal 20 minute phone screening (mind you, this is 20 minutes of my time at work). Consequently asked to send through responses in a Word document to answer some "criterion" they set up by 830am the next morning (the resume would have addressed this!). Finally had an interview with the hiring manager and HR to go through the responses, and was asked to prepare (with 1 week in hand) on "how would you model age using external data". Went through the trouble of preparing a powerpoint presentation (which did impress them a lot), but I did not get much questions from them. They also did not give candidates time to ask questions. Only found out they had not progressed my application, only after having called them after 2 weeks to follow up on the progress - not even a formal e-mail, very unprofessional!
