My worst interview experience ever - where t,he interviewer did not show up ...twice! A LinkedIn recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a phone screen. She never called me at the scheduled time. Next day, I received an apology email from her that the IT department had messed up her VPN connectivity, so she could not log on to her computer. We ended up rescheduling the call for another day. Again she never called me at the scheduled time. Worse, I sent her follow-up emails - ZERO response!! The recruiting department in this company seems to be a joke. Wasted my time in scheduling and preparing for the interview.

CEO of Istanbul office made an interview. He was a sales guys, no capability of making a fair assessment for either an analytics guy or a business consultant. He had no experience in both areas... Eventually I got the job with a nice pay check. Ans shortly after figured out that these senior and junior managers were incapable and inexperienced in the business.
