First was a 45 minute phone interview with two people. They asked basic Java questions and my background. The two people conducting the interview were very easy going and easy to talk with. A week later was the technical interview which consisted of a panel interview of four people. The technical interview was pretty easy -- some design questions and looked over some code to pick out bugs/enhancements. This lasted about an hour and a half. A week later was the management interview which consisted of another panel of four people -- all managers. They asked basic questions about my background and how I handle certain situations. This lasted about an hour. The office was very clean and professional looking. The people were very easy going; I normally would have been very nervous with the panel interview but they made me feel relaxed.
