The supervisor was 15 minutes late and the second manager came after interview has started. The supervisor has presented the company and described the position in general - B2B support, work from Monday till Friday, two shifts... The supervisor and manager asked me why I am looking for another work and my opinion about customer support in general. Next question was about difficult customers and how can I handle a really unsatisfied customer. After all questions they asked me if I have any question. I asked about salary and they have looked each other, the supervisor smiled and said he isn't sure about it. Except the first 5 minutes of the conversation (it was in language of the supported region - the main language needed for the position) all conversation was in English. I am fluent in the language of the supported region but I am no native speaker, so it was little bit strange that the supervisor evaluated it after the first 5 minutes. After the end of the interview the supervisor escorted me to the lift and wished me good luck. After some days I have received the response - they have found a more suitable candidate. After 4 months Expedia is still looking for an employee for this position. I have applied again later - no response. I am not sure about reason of the negative response but I suspect nation discrimination.
