This is a fraud company. They conduct the interview process for a higher position and at the time of the negotiation, they offer a lower position, so that they can offer a lower CTC. Interview process consisted of 4 technical rounds and 1 HR round. All the rounds were of average difficulty level and easy to clear with some effort. At the end of the last round, I got a call from the HR saying that I am selected and also that I need to submit my payslips, hike letter, etc. I submitted all the documents. In the evening, HR called me for the negotiation of CTC. After listing to my current hike, all of a sudden the HR mentioned that they are offering me a lower position of SDE 1. During the entire process, they didn't mention this. Also after the interview when the HR called me saying that I am selected, she didn't mention about offering a lower position. So this company does everything to lure good candidates and then play this cheap trick.
