pretty standard, nothing complicated or sophisticated. first screening by a recruiter then a phone interview via Skype with an area manager then a director then a senior director then background checks. if you work in the hotel industry then this should be a piece of cake for you. They might pull a couple of reports from their system and ask you to explain to them but again it is not too hard. They take time and they make mistakes for example I was told on the phone that I was gonna do second interview then I received a rejection email.

The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
