I worked with an external recruiter but was quickly folded into the Expa process. I had a phone interview and then three onsite interviews, but all in a matter of a week. I let them know I had two other offers and they moved quickly. They were very intentional in who I would meet with to ensure I was getting a wide experience in talking to as many relevant people as possible. Everyone took the time to answer all of my questions and most followed up with me after the process to ensure that I didn't have additional questions.
