I applied online, and after 6-8 weeks I got response including an assessment test. After finishing the assessment test and submitting it, I waited another 5-6 weeks for a response - I was rejected due to lack of technical skills. The assessment test was a couple of scenarios where you need to show your technical skills and soft skills, including actual responses/emails to the clients.
I went on creating 5 different email addresses, and reached out to Exodus support as I were a client, for similar to identical issues as the ones described in the assessment test.
I was disappointed to receive AI-generated responses from their human support agents. The technical analysis matched mine, too.
I'm disappointed.
