Recruiter said they are doing a very quick hiring event. The admin from Exiger that did the kick off call said there would be 3 interviews, resume review, culture fit and then a case study. Interviews were done out of order. Admin also told us we would receive quick feedback and an email survey. I never received a survey and had to contact recruiter several times to find out. What was outlined did not happen, so was not respectful to the candidates that dropped everything to do prep work and clear hours from the next 48 hours for this event, with only 24 hours notice.
