Several rounds of interviews and written test.
Seemed extremely attentive at first, after last round of interviews I was made to wait a month for a response. Emailed HR on two separate occasions and was ignored. Received brief rejection email with no given reason. Requested feedback for interviews and written tests and was again, ignored. Company should be more respectful of prospective candidates who invest time into their interview process and dignify them with feedback and proper response particularly in such a difficult time for jobs. Would not want to work somewhere with such little regard for people.

The process was way too long. 5 interviews and 2 technical assessments (plus a few screening phone calls with HR). At some point companies need to stop wasting people's time.
