STAR based questions with two interviewers. Have some answers prepared for the most common types.
They are super friendly and made the interview process easy. You will hear back within the week if not sooner. They usually hire a bunch of people all together for the Funding role.

ex: How did you handle an irate customer? how did you change your approach to a method?
It was a quick phone screening with the main HR and then a 30 mins Zoom interview with 2 of company's managers. The questions mainly surrounded Exeter's culture and why I would be a great fit, I got an offer 2 days after. The interviewers were very welcoming and seemingly wanted you to feel more relaxed/calm.
