I applied online and they set up a phone interview a couple of weeks later. The interview was all behavioral questions and took about 30 minutes. Got a call the next day with a job offer.

Give a time when you were working on a project and the guidelines for the project changed half way through suddenly? How did you did adapt?
Explain a time when you were assigned a group project but face-to-face time was difficult within the group. How did you communicate effectively to get the end result?
2 rounds and both interviewers seemed like they didn't understand the role. Friendly enough people though but removed myself from contention for the role. Was my second time interviewing with them
