Behavior based interview with variety of pre-selected questions focusing on selected skill sets. Panel interview with multiple managers. Learned after the fact that at least one candidate had the interview questions in advance which was regrettable. Struggling with how you provide an equal opportunity to all candidates when this occurs.

Entrevista
There were 3 interviews, phone with recruiter, zoom, and in-person. They reimbursed for travel to the in-person as it was over 50 miles. After that interaction I heard nothing from the recruiter or hiring manager. Started the process in August and the application is still open in December. Terrible communication, not a company I would want to work for.

Prepare for intense behavioral questions (that's if you make it past the recruiter, HR, hiring manager and panel of peers questions). Very intense but, based on my research- well worth it. Total process took 4 months from - submit resume to offer.
