The interviewers both went through a spiel of the department, the job description and duties. Then each of them read scenarios from a scripted STAR behavioral interview question. The entire process took close to an hour not allowing me much time to ask my own questions. Neither of them got through all of the behavioral questions they had to ask, but chose among the ones they didn't complete.

1. I applied via linkedin and the HR contacted me after almost 2 months.
2. I was interviewed by panel of 4 managers.
3. Exelon follows STAR (situation, task, action and result) approach for all its interviews.

Lots of behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time when..." STAR=Situation, Task, Action, Result type questions. There were no questions regarding technical knowledge needed for the position. Pretty causal but professional.
