I applied for the position online and about a week later received an email from the recruiter asking to set up a phone call. Set up an initial phone call with the recruiter that kept getting cancelled due to the recruiter going on vacation. When we finally settled on a time for the phone call the recruiter completely ghosted me. I sent her an email a few days later to follow up and see if the job position was still available to only get ghosted again! Very unprofessional of them, if they were no longer interested in me as a candidate they could have simply sent an email informing me of this.
