Submitted a resume online and got an email from the TA rep. The TA rep then set up a time for us to talk and discuss my experience and the role. The TA rep called me and before I could even finish explaining my background I was told I was unqualified. In addition, the role I applied for was nothing like the job description posted on the website. The rep went even further to say "the last person in this role went to MIT for example" as a reason why I was not qualified. I have not encountered such a rude person who asked to speak to me (!) and had the nerve to immediately tell me I was not qualified. Going through the process at Exelon internally and externally has showed me they have an incompetent TA group who has truly ridiculous requirements. For example putting folks with Engineering degrees in business roles or requiring business side folks to have a Masters degree. Truly outrageous company from a TA perpsective.
