First interview is a one-on-one sit down with one of the hiring managers. Aaron made me feel comfortable even though I was a bit nervous at first. I really like how straight forward he was when answering my questions and he explained the business very thoroughly. I have interviewed at similar companies in the past but always felt like they were hiding something about the position. Aaron was very candid about the pros and cons of the position and helped me see that this would likely be a good fit for my skills and career goals. Second round interview was in a group setting. I got to meet the rest of their team and was really impressed by the culture in the office. Everyone was friendly and helped me understand the in's and out's of the position. They told me in the first interview that their team culture was very important to them and it really shows when you visit their office.
