Instead of asking professional questions, the interviewer spent the entire time smirking and asking personal questions. During the interview, they left the room at least three times and shouted at the hiring manager about the position I applied for, all while I was still present. The general manager was particularly judgmental, even questioning my integrity.
Even if I had been offered the job, I would have declined because it was clear they lacked any meaningful workplace culture. This was my third interview with them, and while I would have accepted a rejection with respect, I was subjected to embarrassment throughout the process. The interviewer smirked and laughed continuously, while the hiring manager remained calm and did not address the general manager's behavior.
