I was interviewed by the owner and we spent the whole 90 minutes discussing customer service. We discussed the growth opportunities of the new facility and our common acquaintences. I was given a copy of the pay plan for my review and the first two pages discussed how I should conduct myself and how I fit into the sales process. Very clear guidelines were established outlining the company's expectations.
