I was provided a laptop with Visual Studio Enterprise and SSMS (disconnected from the internet) and given approximately two hours to fix bugs and add features to an existing application, with requirements outlined in a PDF. Following this, I had a joint interview with an HR representative, who asked behavioral questions, and a lead, who focused on technical topics.
