I found the interview process to be efficient and engaging. The recruiter provided a clear roadmap of the role’s expectations and the next steps in the hiring cycle. We had a productive dialogue regarding market trends and my previous experience in private wealth strategy. The atmosphere was professional, and I felt the questions were relevant to the high-level requirements of the position.

There were 3/4 stages of the interview process. It was quite rigorous but i enjoyed it. Overall, the interviews emphasised Exante’s value proposition: “institutional-grade infrastructure with private-banking-level service”, and sought candidates capable of translating that into tangible client growth.
