It seems the company is very conservative in its hiring process. The whole process takes more than 2 months and consists of 5 interview (2 telephone interview and 3 1 to 1 interviews. It seems the company prefers candidates neither too aggressive or too conservative. Candidates who have got accustomed with typical Amercian style in China may not be suitable for their company.
