The interview process took place in June 2020 which comprised of following tests :- 1) An online assessment test - It comprised of MCQ's which were time bound, went fine for 20-30 minutes and hence i cleared it. 2) The next interview was a video based interview call, that lasted for around an hour and i was asked some manual testing questions along with some SQL questions. It got cleared and i was promoted to the next round. 3) Again a web based interview was conducted by the manager and the lead of the project and i was asked some scenario based questions on Testing concepts and puzzle solving. They were quite confident of my candidature with them and asked me to complete a last assessment based on SQL and email writing. It was basically mere formality of an assessment. 4)The last assessment comprised of some set of questions related to basic SQL queries and manual testing plus some email writing skills were included in the test. The test was so easy that i was super confident on the candidature with Evolent Health. I kept on waiting for the feedback till the 3rd day of the test and finally after a week on again checking with them got denied from that position. I am still surprised that how can i not clear that last round of the interview which was the easiest assessment i have ever faced till now in my career.
