Straightforward process, but not the quickest. Took a few weeks after submitting my application to get back to me, then quickly set up a phone interview and had a lovely chat. Interviewer seemed very nice and genuine, and very honest in answering my questions. I ended up not attending the next round of interviews because I wanted to pursue opportunities in another field.
