And thirdly, when discussing about salary, after dodging the question, I gave him the range of what a standard junior UX designer earned. He seemed surprised and then teased at me by asking how much my last job offered me. If you are a designer or developer, don't bother even applying it. They are not professional and they show zero respect to professionalism.
